1. Services Overview

Tastefully Social is a private event company offering curated bartending and beverage services for events. We operate as a dry-hire service, meaning alcohol is not provided by Tastefully Social unless otherwise stated. We provide professional bartending, custom cocktail development, mixers, garnishes, serviceware, setup, breakdown, and related event support.

Service offerings, packages, and add-ons are subject to availability and may change at any time.

2. Eligibility & Responsible Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old to inquire or contract services

  • You are at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages where applicable

  • You will ensure all guests comply with local laws and venue rules

Tastefully Social reserves the right to refuse service to any individual in the interest of safety, legality, or responsible hospitality.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to written confirmation and may require a deposit. Final pricing, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations, reschedules, or event changes may be subject to fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details (guest count, location, timing)

  • Supplying alcohol when required under dry-hire terms

  • Ensuring venue approval for bar service and specialty beverage offerings

  • Obtaining any required permits or permissions

Tastefully Social is not responsible for delays, service limitations, or cancellations caused by inaccurate information, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, menus, and designs—is the property of Tastefully Social LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tastefully Social LLC is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from guest behavior

  • Alcohol or THC consumption decisions made by guests

  • Venue-related issues or third-party vendor performance

Use of our services is at your own risk, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. THC / Hemp-Derived Products Disclaimer

Tastefully Social LLC may offer or coordinate non-alcoholic, hemp-derived THC–infused beverages (sometimes referred to as “THC spirits” or THC seltzers) as part of select event services where permitted.

All hemp-derived THC products referenced or used in connection with our services are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable North Carolina state law.

Tastefully Social does not manufacture THC or hemp-derived products and does not provide medical, legal, or health advice regarding their use. Availability of these products is subject to change based on local regulations, vendor availability, and event-specific approvals.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Confirming that hemp-derived THC products are permitted at their event location

  • Ensuring guests meet applicable age requirements

  • Communicating responsibly with guests regarding consumption

Tastefully Social reserves the right to decline service involving THC or hemp-derived products at its discretion to ensure compliance, safety, and alignment with applicable laws.

8. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through our website or booking forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse client data.

9. Changes to These Terms

Tastefully Social LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
